Locked Door In Raedric Dungeon

Unfortunately when i enter the dungeons the first door which blocks the rest of the dungeon is closed and i can t interact with it.

If its in the top right of the dungeon the key is a switch on the otherside of the door and behind the door are some stairs that lead up to the temple floor. If you managed to get up to the floor prior to that nedmar gives you a quest to save a guy in the dungeon and you come down this way. There are two npcs that can help you get to the throne room where raedric resides m10 14 these are. I took care of the necromancer down there but eventually i got stuck at this door.
