This time i wanted to create more of a wheat bread taste.
Keto bread rolls coconut flour.
This recipe uses a combination of coconut flour and almond flour to replace regular wheat flour.
2 tbsp psyllium husk powder.
In a large bowl mix together eggs coconut oil and milk.

These rolls are deliciously dense as coconut flour is a very dry flour to work with.
The rolls use both almond and coconut flour the two work well in combo.
In a medium mixing bowl whisk the almond flour coconut flour pysllium husk baking soda and optional salt until blended break up all lumps.
Stir until mixture thickens as the coconut flour absorbs the wet ingredients.
Normally fathead dough is made with almond flour but these rolls provide a nice alternative for people who have nut allergies or who are just looking for a twist on the original.
The few tablespoons added to this recipe will prevent the dough from being too wet and will also give the rolls a fluffier texture.

Each one works differently so do not substitute one for the other.
